otlsearch

Fetch informations from Open Tree of Life API and send it to standard output.

Usage: otlsearch "taxon name", inside quotation marks for composed names (i.e. "Canis lupus").

If you want to save the output just use terminal resources like : otlsearch "Canis lupus" > Canis_lupus.txt. This will save a text file with the search results to the current directory.
